Yes, I am fully insured with $5 million public liability coverage.

Do I need to be home for an external-only clean?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as I have access to the outside of your property, gate unlocked and pets secured, I can get the job done and let you know when I am finished.

For internal cleans, does someone need to be home?

Yes. I need an adult present for any work inside the home. If the timing is tricky, just let me know and we will sort something out.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

For internal cleans, clear items off your window sills and move furniture at least 60 cm away from windows. That is all I need from you.

What is included in a window clean?

Accepted Answer

I clean the glass, frames, and exterior sills of all windows fixed to the house. Pool fences, glass balustrades, and freestanding glass panels are not included unless I have specifically quoted for them. Fly screens and tracks can be added to any job and will be listed separately in your quote if you want them done.

What method do you use?

I use a combination of water-fed pole and traditional squeegee depending on the job. I choose whichever method gives the best result for your property and try to use ladders as little as possible. Louvres are hand-cleaned blade by blade.

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

I recommend every 3 months to keep things looking their best year-round. If your place is near the coast, on a busy road, or surrounded by trees, you might benefit from more frequent cleans. Service plans lock in a regular schedule at better pricing so you never have to think about it.

A service plan is a recurring schedule we set up together, usually quarterly, based on what suits your home. You get priority booking, consistent results, and better pricing than one-off jobs. It is the easiest way to keep your place looking great without having to remember to book.

Do you work on weekends?

Yes. I work across the week including weekends. Just let me know your preferred day when booking and I will do my best to make it work.

What else do you offer?

I also do gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning. These can be added onto a window clean or booked on their own. Just mention it when you get in touch.
