The marginal cost is small because access is already paid for. Quarterly screens-and-tracks keeps mesh from clogging and stops grit grinding your door rollers.

Don't pressure-wash screen mesh
It stretches and tears the mesh and dents the frames. Hand-washing is slower but it's the only safe method.

Usually 30-60 minutes for an average home. Larger homes with many screens take longer.
Do you fix screens that are damaged?
I can re-seat loose mesh and tighten frames, but full re-screening is a separate trade - happy to refer you.
